Size:  HALF GALLON

Color:   AQUAMARINE

Closure:  PATd 1865 glass insert lid (insert is hazy with some flaking) and a later zinc screw band

Appearance:  jar is shiny with a light whittled effect

Condition:  edge chip on the ground mouth

Embossing:  strong

Base: unmarked

Age:  c1870
