DESCRIPTION

Size: QUART

Color:   AQUAMARINE

Closure:   original tin cap embossed "JC BAKERS PATENT AUG 14 1860" and original iron clamp, all in fine shape with very little rust

Appearance:  shiny glass

Condition:  normal nicking of the ground mouth

Embossing: strong

Base: unmarked 

Age: 1860's

Availability:  scarce early jar and a beautiful example
