DESCRIPTION

Size: HALF GALLON

Color: DEEP AQUA (TEAL / BLUE GREEN)

Closure: push-down style grooved ring wax sealer mouth finish

Appearance: extremely crude with fantastic glass character

Condition: one manufacturer's starred pot stone, the sheared inner mouth is rough, perhaps from the making

Base: unmarked

Age: c1860

Availability: very scarce and a wonderfully crude example
