An unmarked aqua ground-lip quart with the correct original drop-on zinc cap with impressed 1867 patent date lettering and fancy 5-pointed star figure as shown. Replaced rubber gasket. This jar has very rarely been found with the original cap. This is also the correct cap for the "STAR" series of jars, RB 2721/2722. Nice condition with shiny glass and no damage other than minor nicking of the ground mouth. Base: a single raised dot.
