Size: 2 Gallons measuring about 11 inches tall
Color: glazed stoneware
Condition: Has some wear and surface flake pop-outs. Possibly the original lid, which has an edge chip.
Base: unmarked
Notes: The initials MG are for the potter Michael Greminger of Auburn, Fayette County, Iowa. This extremely rare piece of Iowa stoneware comes with considerable provenance provided by the previous collector.
