Closure: Correct original metal neck band, original wire carrying bail, and original unmarked drop-on tin cap in fine untouched condition.
Appearance: sparkling with a nice whittled effect
Condition: no damage other than normal flaking of the ground mouth
Strength of Embossing: strong
Base: "PAT GLASS PAIL JUNE 24 84 BOSTON MASS"
Age: late 1800's
Availability: Rare in this unusual color, which some might prefer to call "Peacock Blue" or "Midnight Blue".
